"It's not how many friends you can count, it's how many of those you can count on"
'Teenage Chronicles" by Saania Saxena is an exciting teenage guide to navigate your teenhood smoothly and effectively by overcoming all the obstacles of your path. Written by a teenager, for teenagers makes it a diverse experience for readers to indulge themselves in learning some skills to handle anxiety, relationships and several other issues of teenage.
This book stands as a companion for a teenager to help them in navigating a proper well-executed roadmap with some real-life experiences and practical advices. I already read various self-help books in past. But, to be honest never came across a book truly dedicated for teenagers.
The teenage issues covered in this book like anger, failure, fears, love, curosity, jealousy, insecurities, friendship were remarkable. Moreover, inculsion of uplifting quotes by eminent personalities and some self-analysing exercises at the end of each chapter makes it a useful guide for any teenager.
Few takeaways from this book:-
🔖Sometimes, the relationship matters much more than winning the argument. We can be angry and even some out as a winner on that day, but over a period of time, we may end up ruining an important relationship.
🔖During any frightening situation, our fears don't help, it is our knowledge that enables us to think coherently.
🔖Finding the gift of failure requires us to look through an entirely different lens of interpretation.
In essence, it was a mind-boggling read that took me back to my teenage years. This book has a very unique perspective towards adolescence. which, I am sure serve it's a purpose to the readers and help them out in best possible manner.
Must read❤❤
