'Tales Of Tender Moments' by Ishita A. Tavadia is a heart-warming compilation of short-stories and poems that talks about you, me and all of us in a very poignant manner leaving a little sparkle of happiness amidst the chaos of our lives with a gentle reminder of embracing everyday with a positive approach.

From soulful bollywood songs to hilarious usage of hinglish language, author leaves no stone unturned to deliver the package of entertainment and feeling that resonate with every heart. After each story there was a poem to culminate it or we can say that to reciprocate the heartfelt emotions these poems plays a major role in this book.


The cute little illustrations in the book adds more charm. Although, I feel the size of illustrations could have been little more in order to grab more attention. My personal favourite story is "The Date Night" and favourite poem "True Love" that leaves an everlasting impression on me as a reader.


She tried hard to get over her losses,

No amount of turning or tosses,

Could make her understand the reasons or causes,

And life's infinite clouses...


Her poems are mainly written as free-verses along with a rhyming-pair to delight us with every passing phrase. Moreover, cover and title is captivating offering a glimpse of lighter and happier notes in life.


At last, If you are looking a light read loaded with poems and stories to cherish or lighten up your mood then go for it.
