Golden Book Award Winner "Close Encounters Of The Mystical Kind" by Dr. Vanitha Vaidialingam is an autobiographical account of the author in which she narrates some extraordinary experiences or events that occurred in her life to allow the readers to intrepret them through their own life experiences without any philosophical ruminations. Her ordinary moments of life becomes some extraordinary adventure to cherish forever with the help of universe's mystical nature. I was amazed with the fact that, author brilliantly transcends the universal appeal regarding her beliefs in religious confines. Despite, being culturally rooted in hindu religion. Being a spiritual seeker, it allows me to delve deep into nuances of various religious boundaries and contemplate my thoughts regarding them.
